The security guy at the door, the receptionist, the ladies in the spa to the cleaning ladies - they all welcomed us with a smile on their face. Especially the guest relations manager Mariam does her job very well. The hotel is big and spacious. Our room was also nice and clean and smelled nicely. We liked the spa area too. The huge outdoor waterpark is being renovated at the moment, so we couldn't swim outside but we will come back soon. It's almost finished and looks stunning. Nice and clean. The hotel itself is not brandnew anymore, you can tell that it's best days are over but as far as I could see they are constantly renovating. We will definitely come back, so I would recommend this hotel.

The staff is very cooperative. manager of the hotel is very professional and down to earth.

The hotel is in good location, good for family with children, because of the big aquapark,. Is big fun for the kids. . Breakfast is perfect! Every day the rooms are cleaned and give to guest water, tea and coffee. I want to thank a meager Mehmet Sert, which was very kind to give us information for the beach near hotel and show us how to reach it. This man really do his job with pleasure!
